  • Long runner beans – 1 kg.
  • Onion – 1 no.
  • Green chilies – 2 nos.
  • Ginger – small piece.
  • Grated coconut – 12 cup.
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tablespoon.
  • Dried chilies – 2 nos.
  • Curry leaves – 2 stems.
  • Mustard – 1 tablespoon.
  • Coconut oil – 3 tablespoons.
  • Salt to taste.

Wash long beans and cut into small pieces. Cut ginger, onion, and green chilly into small pieces. Heat a pan and add some coconut oil. Add mustard to splutter. Add dried chilly and curry leaves into it. After that saute in the beans, onion, green chilies, ginger, salt, and turmeric powder.
